A 1990s nightmare was a poor match for an owner this fun and spunky. We gave the condo more of the personality it had been missing, with navy shelving, fuchsia-pink ball-gown silk curtains, and a large yellow portrait leading the way. The gray sofa gets to be the quiet one. The owner did not need us to supply any more character.
